The Wright State men's basketball team traveled to Cleveland on Thursday to play Cleveland State. Shooting 62 percent in the second half of the game, as well as out rebounding the Vikings 35-28 helped contribute to the 78-67 win.

DaShaun Wood, once again led the men in points, scored 26 points and had six assists. His teammates Jordan Pleiman and Todd Brown each scored 14 on the night with Pleiman adding seven rebounds to his night.

Senior Drew Burleson added 11 points to the score along with Duggins who recorded five points and seven assists and Wilson who added eight points.

Sunday afternoon the Raiders were yet again on the road, with the results not being as friendly as they were on Thursday. Playing UW-Milwaukee, the men came up short, losing to the Panthers 73-69.

WSU led the game in rebounds, 34-33, and fast-break points 16-2, but it clearly just wasn't enough.
Wood scored 21 points and 10 rebounds for the team and Burleson who chipped in 13 points. Brown added nine points to the score board, and both Pleiman and Duggins scored seven points for the team.

WSU's record is now 5-2 in the Horizon League and 12-8 overall.

The men's basketball team's next opponent is Youngstown State, who are 9-11 overall and 4-4 in the Horizon League. For their away record, they are 3-8 overall and 1-3 in the conference. The Penguins average 66.1 points per game, 36.2 rebounds per game, 11.7 assists per game, and 14.3 turnovers per game.

The Raiders will be playing Youngstown State Wednesday, Jan. 24 at the Ervin J. Nutter Center at 7:00 p.m.
