Newly elected Residential Community Association executive board members look to make an impact at Wright State University.

The RCA is an on campus student organization geared toward WSU on-campus residents.

Events are planned throughout the year to get to know students and promote campus involvement.

"My first goal is to serve residents and their needs on campus and promote a home like feeling," said Ryan Phipps, new president of RCA.

I want this organization to lead with a direct vision and with everyone working toward the same goals, said Phipps
It's important for residents to feel like they can come to their community chairs so they can address any concerns, said Phipps.

"I feel like we know more from past failures and we made the board better," said Rachel Brame, Vvice Ppresident of the RCA.
Brame is also excited about new events they are adding this year as well as keeping some old traditions.

The RCA is looking wants to give back to the community through can drives and giving back to those in need.
"We have a young group this year and everyone is dedicated," said Phipps.
