Spring is here, regardless of what the weather says. I expect it to be 65 degrees and sunny everyday. But that's all that spring is to me. Once I set my clock forward, it's love o'clock. Spring is about love songs.

It's kind of cliché, but I dig love songs. I think that somewhere around 70 percent of all non-instrumental songs are love songs. I am totally okay with this. Not of them are happy, sun-shine songs, but I'm okay with this, too.

As Features Editor for the paper and part-time DJ at WWSU, I listen to a lot of music. I like listening to music and I like making mix tapes. So for this issue I've complied some of my favorite love songs to enjoy over the season.

Be careful, though. Not all of them are great for showing someone how much you care about them. Some will just make you depressed (I'm looking at you, The Cure), and others will tell who ever you give it to that you want to date their best friend. Just be careful.
